Permeascope
The permeascope is a viewing device designed to obscure and abstract the environment in order to produce catalytic images for imagination and curiosity. Through the removal, seperation, and blurring of elements, new narratives emerge in parallel to real events.
This investigation was part of the project, The Case for Curiosity, in which the implications of visual obstruction and isolation as catalysts for curiosity were developed into an architectural language.
